Word of Power: Light

You call out your word of power while holding a religious symbol up high.
Any creature that is not ++Blinded ++ within range that you choose must make a Fortitude save against your WIS CL.
On a failure, they take 1 D8 + your Magicka Radiant damage and are Blinded until the end of their next turn.
On a critical failure, the creature will begin emitting a 10ft. sphere of bright light, and a 20ft. sphere of dim light for 1 minute.

The spell damage increases by 1 D8 per 5 spellcaster levels.
