Burning Hands

You stretch out your fingers wide towards one or more creatures in range as fire erupts from your hands forming a raging cone of Fire.
Any creature within the cone must make a Reflex save against your CHA CL. On a failure, they take 3 D6 + your Magicka Fire damage.
You may use consecutive Main Actions to cast this spell again for half the original spirit cost, until you cast another spell.
