You channel energy through your hands using hand signals. Make a CHA melee spell attack. On hit, the creature takes 1 D8 + your Magicka Lightning damage, and must make a Fortitude save against your CHA CL.
On a failure, the creature can’t take any Reactions and its movement is halved until the end of its next turn.

The Lightning damage increase by 1 D8 per 5 spellcaster levels.

If the creature is wearing metal armor, you gain 1A on the attack and it 1DA on the save.
