Flick of the wrist

When you hold an item of less than 5 pounds in your hand, you may cast this spell and flick the wrist of the hand holding the item, throwing it into your pocket dimension.
Some spells need to have items in your pocket dimension in order to work, this spell will help you facilitate that.
Items in the pocket dimension do not spoil.
When you cast this spell, you may also grasp an item from your pocket dimension.
(The item cannot weigh more than five pounds and must be able to be held in one hand.)
