Control Element (Water)

You choose a spot within range, choose one of the following effects:

• You start a flow of water of 10 miles per hour a 10ft. radius in a still body of water.
• Change the temperature of water in a 10ft. radius by up to 20°C or 36°F.
• Decrease the water flow speed in a moving body of water by 10 miles per hour.
• You can change the opacity of the water of a 10ft. cube to your liking for a maximum of 1 hour.
• You can freeze and unfreeze any non-magical water surface in a 20ft. square.

You can make effect temporary or control it for up to 1 hour.
