You place a finger on your pursed lips making a shushing sound.
Choose a point or target within range and a sphere of 10ft. radius per INT. Mod. of perfect silence appears.
Any creature or object within the area of effect has the following for the duration:

• The creatures and/or objects can’t speak or make any sounds.
• They are immune to any and all Thunder damage.
• They are Deafened.
• They can’t use spells or skills that use the verbal {V} component.
